Flixbus is a company that has collaborated with the University of Alberta, Augustana, UASU, and the ASA. They have offered a six-week pilot project that will run from September 27th to November 8th. The bus provided will be a 56-seater bus that will start its journey from Edmonton to Camrose and back.

 

There are two stops in Camrose, one at the Faith & Life parking lot and the other at the Duggan Mall Parking lot, and there will be three stops in Edmonton.

 

The bus makes two trips in a day, in the morning and afternoon. One stop is at the Southgate Transit Centre, another is at Downtown Jasper Avenue, and the final stop is at the Lister Residence on North Campus.

 

The bus will leave the last Edmonton station at 7:30 a.m. and arrive in Camrose by 9:00 a.m. It will head back to Edmonton at 9:30 a.m. and arrive in Edmonton at 11:00 a.m.

 

The bus will head back to Camrose again at 3:00 p.m., arriving at 4:30 p.m., and leave for Edmonton at 5:00 p.m., arriving at 6:30 p.m.

 

This schedule is aligned with other Flixbus routes that can take you into Red Deer, Airdrie, and Calgary. This route will only be offered on Mondays and Fridays.
